What happens to my plugins if I cancel the subscription?+
They stop running at the end of the paid period, except any unit you have kept: after every 12 paid months you choose one plugin to own permanently. Perpetual licenses you bought outright are unaffected.
Is the introductory rate a 12-month teaser?+
No. It is grandfathered: the rate holds for as long as the subscription stays active. It is only offered while introductory seats remain.
Do I need an iLok dongle?+
No. Licenses live on an iLok account and can sit on your machine, in iLok Cloud, or on a USB key — your choice.
Can I try before I buy?+
Yes — the subscription starts with a 7-day trial that covers every unit, card up front, nothing charged until it ends. Per-unit trials are paused during the introductory period.
Do new plugins cost extra?+
Not on the subscription — new units are included the day they land. Perpetual owners buy new units individually or via bundle upgrades.
