Privacy
This notice explains the information Echelon Labs LLC handles when you use echelon.audio, Echelon Hub and Echelon Audio products.
What we collect
Account and support details you submit; purchases, licenses, downloads and machine activations; and site analytics such as page path, referral host, campaign tags, approximate country, device type, session duration and scroll depth. We never receive or store your full card number.
Why we use it
To authenticate you, deliver and manage licenses, process orders and refunds, prevent abuse, answer support requests, measure whether the site works, and send transactional or opted-in product messages.
Services we rely on
Stripe processes payments; PACE/iLok manages license deposits and activations; Resend delivers email; Vercel hosts the application; Cloudflare R2 stores installers; and Upstash may enforce shared rate limits. Each provider receives only the data needed to perform that service.
Analytics and advertising
Three measurement tools run on the public site. Our own first-party beacon records page views and funnel events (which pages and buttons, how long, how far you scrolled) with a random identifier in your browser — no cookie, no IP address stored. Statlas, a first-party analytics service, receives the same kind of page-level data. The Meta Pixel receives page-view, lead and checkout events so we can measure and retarget advertising on Meta platforms; it sets Meta's cookies and is subject to Meta's privacy policy. Browsers with Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track enabled are excluded from our beacon.
Storage and retention
We retain account and license records while your account is active, commerce records as required for accounting and disputes, support records while useful to resolve or document a case, and analytics for up to 24 months. Security logs may be retained longer where needed to investigate abuse.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing without affecting receipts or security notices. You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal data. Some commerce and fraud-prevention records must be retained by law or legitimate business need.
