Founding 100 — Introductory Price

Install & activate.

Ten minutes, start to finish, on either platform. The Echelon Audio Hub is how plugins arrive: download it once, sign in, and install, update or roll back your whole rack from one app. macOS builds are Universal — Apple Silicon + Intel — covering AU · VST3 · AAX. Windows covers VST3 + AAX. Licenses are on your iLok already.

1 · Install

macOS (Universal — Apple Silicon + Intel) + Windows
01

Download the Echelon Audio Hub

One small app for the whole rack — grab it with the buttons above (or from your welcome email) and run it. This is the only installer you download by hand.

02

Sign in with your echelon.audio account. The Hub scans your machine, shows everything your subscription or licenses cover, and flags anything with an update.

03

Install from the Hub

Click install on any plugin and pick the formats you want. New drops appear in the Hub the day they land; updates are one click, and every update can be rolled back.

04

Where things land

Standard system plugin folders, listed below per platform. Nothing goes anywhere exotic; uninstalling is deleting the bundles.

05

Relaunch your DAW

DAWs scan for new plugins at startup. Quit fully (don't just close the project window) and relaunch.

2 · Activate

iLok (PACE) — machine, iLok Cloud or iLok USB
01

Update + open iLok License Manager

Install the latest iLok License Manager from ilok.com (older versions can miss new licenses), then sign in — your licenses were deposited automatically and they're in Available. Same steps on macOS and Windows.

02

Pick a location

Activate to your machine, an iLok Cloud session, or an iLok USB key. Cloud needs an internet connection while you work; machine and USB don't.

03

Open the plugins

First launch finds the license on its own. If a unit complains, see troubleshooting below.

Licenses stay live while you’re subscribed

Pro Tools

Plugins load as AAX. If a freshly installed plugin doesn't appear, quit Pro Tools and relaunch — it scans new plugins at startup. Check the category listing (e.g. Dynamics for GRIP/POCKET, Pitch Shift for HALO).

Logic Pro

Plugins load as AU (macOS only). Logic scans new Audio Units on launch; if one is missing, open Logic Pro → Settings → Plug-in Manager and hit Reset & Rescan Selection on the Echelon entries.

Ableton Live

Use VST3. Make sure Options → Preferences → Plug-Ins → Use VST3 Plug-in System Folders is ON, then hit Rescan. Echelon appears under VST3 → Echelon Audio.

FL Studio

Use VST3. Run Options → Manage plugins → Find installed plugins after installing; the units land under Installed → Effects (and Generators for instruments).

Reaper

Use VST3 (or AU on macOS). Preferences → Plug-ins → VST → Re-scan. Reaper picks up the standard VST3 folder automatically on both platforms.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The Hub doesn't list a plugin you expect

Sign out and back in inside the Hub — entitlements refresh at sign-in. New drops appear the morning they land; if one you're covered for still isn't there, email info@echelon.audio and we'll look at your account.

A plugin doesn't show up in your DAW

Confirm the format your DAW actually uses (tables above), then force a rescan. Logic and Pro Tools both cache scans — a full quit + relaunch clears most of it.

iLok License Manager doesn't show the licenses

Update iLok License Manager to the latest version from ilok.com first — older versions can fail to show newly deposited licenses. Then sign out and back in, or View → Refresh. Licenses were deposited to the iLok account tied to the email you gave us — if you use multiple iLok accounts, check the other one, or tell us and we'll re-deposit.

"No license found" on plugin launch

Open iLok License Manager and make sure the license is activated to a location — your machine, iLok Cloud session, or USB key. Deposited ≠ activated; it needs one activation.

Pro Tools says the plugin failed to load

That's worth a report — grab the exact wording and email info@echelon.audio with your Pro Tools version. Don't spend your evening on it; that one's on us.
