Using HUM

Your use of HUM is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the HUM Pro terms on this page.

What is free

The free version of HUM works on one project at a time, plays two parts at once and does not export.

What HUM Pro adds

Unlimited projects and parts; MIDI and session export; Share, AirDrop, Send to HUM and iCloud; fixing notes by hand; and LIVE MIDI out over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

How HUM Pro is sold

HUM Pro is offered three ways: a monthly subscription that renews automatically, a yearly subscription that renews automatically, and a one-time Lifetime purchase. There is no free trial. Prices are set through the App Store and vary by country; the price of each option is shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions.

Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Restoring purchases

HUM Pro restores on your devices signed in with the same Apple ID. In HUM, go to Settings ▸ HUM Pro and tap Restore.

Refunds

Apple processes every HUM Pro payment, and refunds are handled by Apple. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

HUM has no account, collects no personal data and analyses your voice on your device. The details are on the HUM privacy page.

Changes

If these terms change, this page will be updated.
