ENRICH

harmonic enrichment FX

Harmonic enrichment that adds body, sheen and excitement to thin sources. Make anything sound bigger and more finished.

ENRICH interface
ENRICH — plugin interface · Closed Beta — Round 1
What's in it
  • SILK / TAPE / TUBE / CRUSH character
  • 2× / 4× / 8× oversampled
  • Body, sheen & excitement
  • Instant finished polish
What we'd love your ears on
  1. We'd like your call on one design question. Enrich has a full saturation core — four voicings, oversampled, measured clean — but drive comes from LOW/MID/HIGH/FILL rather than its own knob. Would you want a dedicated drive control, or does CHARACTER already get you there? Your answer decides how we build it.
  2. All four characters on a thin sample. Do SILK / TAPE / TUBE / CRUSH read as four distinct flavours? Tell us which one you'd default to.
  3. The one-plugin polish pass: throw it on something thin and see how finished it sounds with a single move.
  4. Listen for anything harsh on bright material — cymbals, hats — at the lowest oversampling setting.

Learn ENRICH

QUICK-START · 4 MIN

Sweeten a thin source or bus into a bigger, more finished sound with six macro moves.

  1. 01

    Level-match first

Turn on AUTO GAIN before you touch anything — every move stays loudness-matched, so you're hearing enhancement, not volume. Set INPUT trim if the source is coming in hot.

  2. 02

    Set the tone

Work the three Tone macros: LOW for weight, MID for presence, HIGH for air. They run −100 to +100, so they cut as well as enhance — pulling MID down while raising HIGH is a classic thin-sample fix.

  3. 03

    Audition each move with SOLO

Every module has a SOLO (S) button that plays only its effect. Solo a macro, set it by ear, un-solo — much faster than guessing inside the full mix.

  4. 04

    Shape the body

FILL adds low-end body and sub weight — the fix for thin 808s and samples. PUNCH enhances transient impact, and WIDTH spreads the enhancement in stereo (keep it modest on anything mono-critical).

  5. 05

    Safety and check

Engage the LIMITER as an output safety, then use DELTA to hear the total enhancement and BYPASS for a matched A/B. Set OUTPUT to finish.

Worth knowing
  • The spectrum's EQ band nodes are draggable — fine-tune where the tone macros act directly on the display.
  • Because everything is bipolar, ENRICH works as a reducer too: negative PUNCH softens transients, negative WIDTH narrows.
  • On bright material at low oversampling, listen to hats and cymbals for harshness before printing.
